The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.
Subtle “grinding” or pains that seems to move in a circular whirl. Like something is spinning or grinding into your head.
“Migraines” or “headache” in hyper specific areas. They can rest primarily on the left or right hand side as a rule, not an exception.
This is not by mankind. At least not fully and not yet. You are dealing with a spirit attack that has been warned about for 1,000’s of years in these books. Job literally warned about every bit of this:
